Night or day or the Earth Hour – Sydney Harbour simply takes your breath away!

Sydney Harbour – the harbour that attracts the most number of visitors in the world – is known for its breathtaking beauty during the day and its spectacular views during the night!

The daytime presents the harbour with a clear blue sky and crystal blue-green waters. There are yachts and ferries scattered all around and there are catamarans and paddlewheelers cruising gracefully.  There are colourful jet boats cutting across the waters making pretty lines of waves and ripples.

As the night falls, the harbour is a picture of glittering lights – the lights of the Sydney Opera House, the Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Luna Park, the Fort Denison and all the other magnificent landmarks of the harbour. All this canopied by a starry night is a wonderful eyeful, to say the least!
